Ordering
Browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to create an account or log in to complete your purchase. Follow the checkout steps to enter your shipping information and payment details.
You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After that, orders are processed and shipped quickly, so changes may not be possible. Contact our customer service team immediately if you need to make changes.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also view your order status and tracking information in your account dashboard under 'My Orders'.
Shipping & Delivery
Standard shipping typically takes 2-3 business days. Express shipping (1-2 days) and overnight shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location.
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We're working on expanding our shipping options to include international destinations in the near future.
Shipping costs vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Standard shipping starts at $4.99, and we offer free shipping on orders over $50. Exact shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement or refund.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be unopened and in their original packaging. Due to food safety regulations, opened food items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
Log in to your account, go to 'My Orders', find the order you want to return, and click 'Return Items'. Follow the prompts to select items and reason for return. You'll receive a prepaid return shipping label via email.
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your returned items. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
Account & Profile
Click the 'Register' link in the header or during checkout. Fill in your information including name, email, and password. You'll receive a confirmation email to verify your account.
Click 'Login' then 'Forgot Password'. Enter your email address and we'll send you a link to reset your password. The link is valid for 24 hours.
Log in to your account and navigate to 'Profile Settings'. Here you can update your personal information, email address, password, and saved addresses.
Products
Yes! We work directly with manufacturers and distributors to ensure all products are fresh. We regularly rotate our inventory and check expiration dates. Most products have at least 6 months of shelf life remaining when shipped.
Yes, we offer discounts on bulk purchases. Contact our sales team at bulk@snackhub.com for information about bulk pricing and custom orders.

Payments
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment gateway.
Absolutely! We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your payment information. We never store your full credit card details on our servers. All payment processing is handled by secure, PCI-compliant payment providers.
Currently, we do not offer payment plans. All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. However, we do accept PayPal, which may offer financing options through their service.
